Mission Mali 2008 - 2009

In 2008 Rob & Wendy Cartwright had the privilege of going on a mission to Mali, in North West Africa.

In April 2006 Jean-Francois leader of the church in Bamako, Mali was allocated a piece of land and has been given 3 years in which to build. Before Rob & Wendy met him, he had plans drawn up by an architect for a building to cater for a congregation of 4000.

Their three years is almost up, April 2009 being the deadline. There is an urgent need for funds to be raised so that they can at least start to build. Once building work has started, the land is secured. God has challenged us to help raise funds to that end. We want to challenge the Christian community to help meet the need.
