Ride For Life - Bike Ride
The cycle ride 2009 was from the National Botanic Gardens near Cross Hands and over the Brynamman Mountain and back through Bethlehem, Llandeilo and along the scenic Towy Valley back to the Botanic Gardens.
55 miles in all with some steep climbs.
The money raised was donated to the Hope House womens Centre in Gorslas Cross Hands.
